The Price of Freedom

“So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.”

John 8:36 (NKJV)

There is always a price for freedom. We thank all the men and women that have served and are serving in the Armed Forces for paying the price for our freedom. We live in a country where we are free.

Just like the men and women in the Armed Forces paid the price for our freedom, Jesus paid the price for our freedom. He paid the price so that we can have the freedom to eternal life. “But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8 NKJV). He gave His life for us so that we would have eternal life. We should be grateful everyday for the freedom we have.
