His Glory

“The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament shows His handiwork.” – Psalms 19:1 NKJV

We are in awe of the stars in the sky. It is awesome to think of how God was able to create all that. His glory is declared through the heavens. We should declare His glory here on earth by living lives that demonstrate His power. Pointing people to Jesus. People should know that God is the one who works in our lives.

Uncompromised Worship

“Now when Daniel knew that the writing was signed, he went home. And in his upper room, with his windows open toward Jerusalem, he knelt down on his knees three times that day, and prayed and gave thanks before his God, as was his custom since early days.” – Daniel 6:10 NKJV

Daniel never compromised His worship to God. He wasn’t going to let anyone stop His worship.

Our lifestyle of worship should be where even if we don’t know the outcome we are going to worship God. Even if He doesn’t do what we want we will continue to worship God.

“For I determined not to know anything among you except Jesus Christ and Him crucified.” – 1 Corinthians 2:2 (NKJV)

Something good happens when our focus is on Jesus. When we are able to remove all distractions and just focus on Him we can understand His power that works in us. He is the source of our strength and with Him nothing is impossible. Make a decision today to stay focused on Him.

Not Seen

“while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.” – 2 Corinthians 4:18 (NKJV)

Many times we concentrate on how we feel and at our current situation. Our feelings and our current situation is only temporary. Sometimes it may seem like we are stuck but we need take our focus off being stuck and focus on what God has for us. That means we need to look at the things that are not seen. We may not be able to see it with our physical eyes but God is working in our favor.

What God is working for us is eternal and will stand. What God does for us will stand the test of time and hardships that come our way. We need to hold on to His Word in every situation.

“Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day.” – 2 Corinthians 4:16 (NKJV)

If we allow the Holy Spirit to work in our lives then we can be refreshed every day in our spirit. We need rest everyday for our bodies to function properly. Likewise, we need to refresh our spirits every day and that happens as we allow the Holy Spirit to work in our lives. We develop our relationship with Him day by day.

Waiting On Him

“But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.” – Isaiah‬ ‭40:31‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Many times the hardest part is waiting on God. We want to see results quickly but there are times that we have to wait in His timing. His timing is perfect and will yield the maximized results. Sometimes we just need to wait to stop all the noise that’s in our lives and concentrate on Him.

He wants to renew our strength. He want to give us the endurance we need to go through this life in victory and strength.

Important Things

“The beautiful part of worship is that it prepares you and enables you to zero in on the important things that must be done for God .” – A.W. Tozer

When we are worshipping God our focus is solely on Him. He gets all the honor and all the glory. It’s in that place when we get closer to Him and understand what it is that He wants us to do. Many times we are questioning our purpose in life. God gives us purpose all we have to do is to develop our relationship with Him so we can know what the important things are.

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. – James 4:8 (NKJV)

Connecting To Him

“Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me.” – John‬ ‭15:4‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

All the strength that we need to produce fruit comes from God. God should be our source. The great thing is knowing that God is an unlimited source. If we want to bear fruit in our lives then we need to connect to Him. The only way to connect to Him is to continue to develop our relationship with Him. Talk to Him, read His Word, and fellowship with other believers.

Worship Our Maker part 1

“Oh come, let us sing to the Lord ! Let us shout joyfully to the Rock of our salvation. Let us come before His presence with thanksgiving; Let us shout joyfully to Him with psalms. For the Lord is the great God, And the great King above all gods. In His hand are the deep places of the earth; The heights of the hills are His also. The sea is His, for He made it; And His hands formed the dry land. Oh come, let us worship and bow down; Let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.” – Psalms 95:1‭-‬6 NKJV

There are many that question if God is real. They question how everything was created. I know from the bottom of my heart that God created everything. I’ve experience too much of God that not believing in Him is not an option. I’ve experienced His goodness and that is why I’m sharing this today.

Worship is a way that we can express our love to God. We worship Him and there are many reasons to worship Him but right now I want to emphasis that He is the “Rock of our salvation.” We were headed to the lake of fire because of sin but Jesus came to save us. We can now have eternal life in Him if we choose to accept Him as our Lord and Savior and repent.

Just the fact the He is the “Rock of our salvation” should give us something to shout about. We don’t have to worry about how we are going to walk in His salvation. All we have to do is stand on Him who is the the Rock of our salvation. He is the solid foundation we can stand one when adversity comes.

We have so many reasons to worship God. Just the fact that He is the Rock of our salvation should give us motivation to worship Him every day. Jesus paid the price for our sins and we can now have restored relationship with God. That should give us something to shout joyfully about!
